Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Satej Beauty website operated by Satej Enterprises.

Ordering

This website does not take payments. Clicking "Buy on WhatsApp" or "Place Order on WhatsApp" opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Sending that message is a request — an order is confirmed only when we reply on WhatsApp to confirm availability, the final amount and payment details.

Prices

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). We work to keep prices and stock information accurate, but the final price, any delivery charges and availability are confirmed with you before you pay.

Product information

Product descriptions, ingredients and usage instructions are provided for general information. Always read the label of the product you receive and patch-test new skincare or cosmetic products. If you have allergies or a skin condition, consult a qualified professional.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your use of the website.
